RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day ITdeps subscription refund guarantee. Within 30 days from the moment you pay for the Service, you have the right to request from ITdeps a refund of the balance of your funds that you did not spend for a given period of using the service. In case of purchasing annual tariffs, we undertake to return to you a part of the amount you paid as a payment of the tariff, in proportion to the unused time remaining after contacting us for a refund. In this case, you must indicate in the request the reason for the refund.
After 30 days after payment, as well as in the case of blocking your Personal Account due to your violation of the Antispam policy or the Terms of Use of the service, the cost of paid but not provided services is returned at ITdeps' sole discretion.
Refunds occur only if the client during the period of use the user has not violated any of the Anti-Spam clauses of the policy or the Rules for using the service.
The application review period is 7-10 days from the date the request was sent.
Your request should contain:
- Order number for which you want to receive a refund
- A detailed description of the problem and the reasons for the return request.
Refund Request Processing Procedure:
Each request is considered individually, in order of priority, and its consideration takes time. The return manager will provide you with information on the status of the review of your request.
After your request for a refund is approved, the manager will inform you of this. The refund process itself can take up to several weeks, depending on the method of payment, your bank and other reasons.
Erroneous payment is processed in this way:
- send a return request by creating a ticket in your Personal Account;
- indicate both order numbers. Be the first to indicate the order number for which you want to receive a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund:
- if you specified in the refund application a refund method different from the method of replenishing an account or paying for the Service
- in the event that you violate the requirements of applicable law, the terms of the contract or the Rules for using the service, as well as using ITdeps for illegal, illegal and prohibited actions, or
- if the reason for the refund is not indicated.
Refund Terms
Return is subject to one of the following conditions:- after the end of the 30-day period from the moment of conclusion of the contract and payment for the service, the user did not use the Service,
- if you mistakenly / re-paid access to the Service or paid for it in a larger amount than required by the applicable tariff, or
- if we notify you of changes to the End User License Agreement that we have entered into with you, and you object to such changes within 10 days from the date of such notice. In this case, we undertake to return to you a part of the amount you have paid for the Service in proportion to the unused time remaining after the date of cancellation.
In other cases, a refund is at the discretion of ITdeps.
In the event that your account is suspended or your personal account is blocked due to complaints of spam, abuse of mass mailings, we reserve the right not to make a refund.
Accounts with a high percentage of complaints are suspended or blocked without a right to a refund. Refund Procedure
Refunds are made in the same way that the purchase is made. We always return funds only by the method of payment by which we received funds from you. For example, if you paid for the Service with a VISA / MASTERCARD card, a refund is carried out by canceling the transaction (refund) and, as a result, a refund can only be made to your VISA / MASTERCARD. Refund periods depend on which payment method was used.
When making a return, a service charge or a bank \ payment system commission for the return of funds that are withheld from the amount to be refunded may be withheld.
